Description (Custom Piece)

Leave this blank if you are looking for a Flash piece! For a custom piece, please describe what you would like with as much detail as possible. (Preferred style, approximate size, black&grey or colour, budget, etc) Please note that there is a design fee for custom designs of $20-$60 depending on the size of the tattoo.

Placement

Please note that at this time I am only tattooing arms and legs (excluding joints/ditches), upper back (shoulders), and upper chest (pecs).

Policy Confirmation

I understand that I must make a deposit of $84 (hourly rate + tax) to secure my tattoo appointment. I understand that this deposit is non-refundable in cases of cancellation or rescheduling the appointment without at least 72 hours notice. I understand that there are no exceptions to this policy.

I am at least 18 years of age.

Availability

I tattoo in the studio Weds - Sat, 11:00am - 5:00 pm. If you have specific availability within those windows, please let me know. The more availability you have, the quicker we can get you in!
